What to Know Before You Book

Effective for all reservations booked with 388 Vacation Management LLC DBA Meadow Homes:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• There is no fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
• After the 48-hour window, the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are fully non-refundable, and the total booking amount will be retained.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions, travel delays, or other acts of nature.
• We do not provide refunds for personal inconveniences, including changes in travel plans, health issues, or other personal matters outside of our control.

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
